Catering from a picnic lunch for 20 to a full service banquet for 400. We make each event special.
Events Bike runs, company lunches, fishing tournaments, and more. We can feed up to 3000 at your locatoin.
Fundraising Bulk meat sales for all types of fundraising. Let us share how easy it can be. It's our speciality!

I've been participating in culinary competitions since the late 1990's starting with BBQ and over the years winning in Wild Game, Chili, Rub, Sauce and Recipe contest. My wife says I'll smoke the rubber off a spare tire if there is a trophy involved. I have a passion for creating food that people enjoy with flavors that are outside the box of what they are accustomed to tasting. My wife, Lynn and I have been catering for 16 years and have developed sauces and our Spicy Smokehouse Cracker that we are now distributing in 7 states. God has blessed us and I feel it is important to use my talent to help others, feeding troops returning home from deployment, veterans, and volunteering with Operation BBQ Relief over the years.
We are soooooo excited to announce that Robert & Lynn finished 9th in the Seafood Category in 2017. They finished with an 11th place in 2016. They have fingers crossed that 2018 will be the year they go to the final table. We are very proud of Robert and Lynn's finish the last couple of years!
